Members of the Wigton cell (Solway Network Youth Church) wrote this prayer inspired by the Lord’s Prayer. This prayer was shared as part of the Lord’s Prayer Tour on its visit to Carlisle CathedralCathedral (Latin cathedra' throne') Church which contains the throne of the bishop and hence the mother church of the diocese.

Hey God,
How are you?
You’re so special to me, you are WOW!
Thank You for always listening to me.
God we want more of heavens ethereal beauty here on earth, no pain, suffering or tears.
Help me to know how to follow your footsteps.
Help us to trust you more and not trying to do it all ourselves but always remembering you are there.
Forgive us when we hurt others as they sometimes hurt us.
Help us not to hold grudges and think about what JesusJesus (Greek form of Hebrew 'Joshua' meaning 'Yahweh [God] is salvation') Also given the title Christ, meaning 'anointed one' or Messiah. His life is recorded mainly in the Four Gospels although he is also mentioned by the Jewish historian Josephus (c. 37-c.100) and the Roman historian Tacitus (c.110). would have done.
Please guide us away from harm and keep us walking on the right path.
Help us to tread on this earth lightly and live extravagantly for you.
Amen
